Dear Authors and Readers of IJEP

unfortunately due to a server and OJS,  early version of software  failure our journal's website has fatally crashed. We are trying to bring it back. The site which is new version of OJS site will be restored in a couple weeks.  You will see  one by the already published papers back at the journal.
We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused. Even though it has some missing articles in it, Journal's other web page is active and running. Meanwhile you may find what you're looking for in there.
