Server failure and setting the newer version of OJS

Dear Authors and Readers of IJEP
unfortunately due to a server and OJS, early version of software failure our journal's website has fatally crashed. We are trying to set it back . The site which is new version of OJS site will be restored gradually. You will see one by one all the already published papers back at the journal.
We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused. Even though the new setting has some articles missing in it, Journal's other web page is active and running. Meanwhile you may find what you're looking for in there.
Along with this process, some long time waiting articles which already evaluated and accepted to be published also will be published
