I am glad to share the new issue of the IJEP. First of all, I thanks to authors for their patient, understanding and collaboration regarding referee critics and solidarity. In some issues it takes a long time to make the issues available. We appreciate for the labor which were put by referees for manuscripts. I thanks to the all board members who accepted to be a part of the IJEP for years and readers which follow and provides feedback in areas we could not arised our full capacity.
Dear friends, scientific knowledge is an important key to have power and its role is significant in social and individual gains. Its role can be changed depending of how, why and who are using. It can be a public good or a commodity. Our intention to place the scientific knowledge as public good and free to all. We thanks to all people who show solidarity in this struggle.
